- {Get 1/2 cup of - desiccated coconut.
- {Prepare 350 gms of - jaggery.
- {Take 200 gms of - wheat flour.
Instructions to make Gond ke ladoo:
- Take a kadhai add ghee in it after that add edible gum(gond)in it and fry it on low flame..
- Then in same kadhai add cashew,almond and fry it till it get golden brown colour..
- After dry fruit add lotus seed(makhana) and fry it..
- In the same kadhai add grated coconut and fry it till it get light brown color..
- Now take all roasted dry fruits and grind it for just 2 sec..
- Now in roasted coconut add grinded dry fruits and mix then well..
- Now take other kadhai add ghee in it then add wheat flour in it and roast the flour on low flame and keep it mixing..
- When wheat flour turn golden brown turn off flame then add jaggery and all the dry fruits mixture in it and mix it well..
- Then make small ball of the mixture..
- Your ladoo is ready to eat..
